GRAEBENER Circ Seam Milling Machines
OVERVIEW
Up to the 1990ies we operated our own Graebener® pipe mill and prepared the weld seams of our pipes in a tedious manual process. Then, we developed the Graebener® seam milling machine – and today, more than 100 customers on four continents already benefit from our market leading machine technology.
Graebener® circ seam milling machines ensure the cost-efficient, reliable and safe preparation of circ seams at pipes, vessels and apparatuses. For this reason, they have been among the most popular seam milling machines for the preparation of seams of extremely narrow welding gaps for years. Actual usability studies give proof of cost benefits of more than 50 percent.
Your Graebener® machine will save you time and money since the circ seam milling machine is also suitable for a quick and reliable seam repair. Benefit from our individual concepts and numerous advantages in comparison to conventional gouging or grinding methods.
CONCEPTS
Graebener® circ seam milling machines are supplied in two different designs ideally suited for your requirements: as transportable design which can easily be moved to the workpiece by crane or forklift truck or as rail bound solution.
Based on various capacity classes we will find the optimum solution for a cost-efficient weld seam preparation. As custom machine builder we also develop customized special machine designs on request.
All Graebener® circ seam milling machines are equipped with an intelligent sensor system for the compensation of a possible unevenness or ovality. This way, your Graebener® machine ensures a constant depth of the seam preparation at any time.
Benefit from the technical advantages of your Graebener® circ seam milling machine:
