The Machinery Manufacturers Association (MİB) was established in 1990 to represent machinery, equipment and accessory manufacturers in Türkiye. As the only non-governmental organization that comprehensively represents the Turkish machinery sector, MİB has more than 200 members from various sub-sectors of the machinery manufacturing industry.
MİB operates in the areas of representing the sector domestically, increasing the market share of local manufacturers, and protecting the common interests of its members.
MİB works in close cooperation with public institutions on standardization, machinery safety, R&D, supply chain, digitalization and green transformation, and contributes to relevant regulatory processes.
MİB is the Türkiye representative of EMO Fair. It also supports major fairs such as MEEXX Bursa, MAKTEK Eurasia, MAKTEK Konya and WIN Eurasia.
At the international level, MİB represents Türkiye before CECIMO, PNEUROP and EUROTRANS.
