Protaş Explosion-Proof Equipment has been manufacturing flameproof (Exproof) electrical equipment since 1989, producing in accordance with high-quality standards at its modern facility located in Balıkesir, Türkiye. With our certified quality management systems and long-standing industry experience, we continue to be one of the leading manufacturers in the sector.
Since 1989, we have specialized in the design, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales support services of flameproof (Exproof) electrical equipment. Since 2006, we have been carrying out our production activities at our modern manufacturing facility located in the Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone, with 2,500 m² of indoor production area and a total facility size of 5,000 m².
Our Quality Management System is certified in accordance with TS EN ISO 9001 standards, while our production of Exproof electrical equipment is additionally certified with the TS EN ISO/IEC 80079-34 Production Quality Assurance Certificate. All of our product groups are manufactured in full compliance with ATEX directive requirements and supported by our sustainable quality approach.
