KYS, a leading global manufacturer of power transmission components, was founded with the goal of pioneering in its sector. Since its inception, it has proven its superior quality standards, first in Turkey and then throughout Europe.
Established in 1985 in the casting sector, our company began producing power and motion transmission components in the early 1990s. Continuously improving itself since its founding, we manufacture standard tapered bushings, V-pulleys, poly-V pulleys, timing pulleys, couplings, fan hubs, and custom-sized products to meet customer requirements.
Our company is established on a total area of 20,000 m², with 12,000 m² of covered space. We contribute to the Turkish economy by exporting to over 40 countries worldwide, primarily Germany and other European countries. Our company, encompassing foundry, machining, model making, paint shop, and phosphate coating departments, has become a fully integrated facility manufacturing power transmission components.
Our laboratories utilize spectroanalysis, mechanical analysis, tensile testing, microscopic structure analysis, hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, sand analysis testing, simulation software, CMM (3D measuring machine), portable CMM (handheld), surface roughness testing equipment, and paint thickness measuring devices to elevate quality to the highest level, ensuring seamless and professional production.
We have adopted a zero-defect principle in our production using our quality control equipment. Working together as a team with our young, dynamic, and technically skilled staff, our primary goal is to increase success and maintain continuity.
